Cooperativa Panta Rei takes shape from the desire of 7 women to operate in the 0-6 years childhood sector by chosing an experimental and innovative project, which has its genesis and training from Reggio Children and the Municipality of Reggio Emilia. It has been operating in the field of childhood since 1999 with the management of educational services 0-6 years.
Panta Rei is made of people, members and employees, families and children.
Panta Rei is made up of educational services located in Reggio Emilia, Modena and Milan.
Panta Rei is made of consultancy and start-up for company preschools, museums, cultural , reading, dance and theatre associations and of collaborations with Italian Universities.
VALUES
Panta Rei is founded on values that underly the educational philosophy of the municipal infant-toddler centres and preschools of Reggio Emilia and it daily represents its own specificities and peculiarities.
Panta Rei whish to generate educational innovation and be a landmark for the daily life of people and communities starting from the culture of children.

MISSION
Panta Rei offers, to public and private entities, in Italy and worldwide, consultancy projects, training courses, design and management of services in the 0-6 years educational field.
One of its objectives is to enhance human resources, upholding the values of solidarity and cultural exchange through its own educational know-how.
GOVERNANCE
Panta Rei is a Type A Social Cooperative whose base is formed by its members.
Social powers are vested in each member who has the right to participate in decisions and vote on proposed choices.
The organs of the Cooperative are composed of the Members' Meeting, the Board of Directors, The Board of Statutory Auditors.
OUR STORY
Panta Rei was born in July 1999 from the courage and desire of 7 women who were part of an experimental project in which the Municipality of Reggio Emilia and Reggio Children participated for the opening of the Choreia infant ottdler center. This experimentation resulted in a four-year business incubation by Reggio Children, which followed the pedagogical and managerial training of the founding members together with the Municipality of Reggio Emilia.
The educational approach of Panta Rei is constantly evolving and has pursued forms of management and partnership between the public and private sectors on a regional, national and international level. The strong aggregative capacity that has always characterised the world of cooperation has become the generating force to achieve the goals that have been set over time in the 0-6 years educational field.
